About you

- 2-5 years in product enablement, product management, technical account management, or onboarding/ implementation project management roles.

- Experience working in Enterprise SaaS with $50k+ ARR customers.

- Experience managing product configuration for Enterprise SaaS products, working closely with product management, technical and support teams.

- Obsessed with customer value and impact - hitting their success metrics; fluent in metrics & dashboards

- Confident communicator — Comfortable working with Enterprise users, running webinars, writing crisp release notes/ emails, training users

- Passionate about products and comfortable configuring software tools (UI, no-code) and managing mini-projects

- High-agency, extreme-ownership mindset; thrive in a fast and fluid environment

The role

Reporting to the Product Lead for your area (we’re hiring 2 roles), you will own ongoing adoption and value outcomes for a segment of Zipline customers, to ensure they continue to get recurring impact from our SaaS Products.

1. Manage a patch of Zipline customers for your product area - Ensuring their adoption and impact stays high by running regular meetings, managing stakeholders, and holding Quarterly Business Reviews (supported by your Strategic Account Manager)

2. Monitor Customer Value Score (CVS) dashboards, diagnose gaps, execute adoption playbooks to hit our CVS targets

3. Drive Product Adoption – segment accounts into cohorts, craft launch comms, lead light-touch rollouts, build onboarding workflows and material in the product

4. Surface Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) & renewal risks to Strategic Account Managers ahead of cycle

5. Build scalable enablement material – Including Loom videos, Knowledge bases, Training sessions, Webinars
