Job Description

- Design and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with business growth target's

- Collaborate with global marketing teams and external agencies to roll out campaigns that support sales goals and revenue objectives.

- Adapt and localise content across multiple channels - including digital, social media, web, events, PR, and partnerships - to boost brand awareness and attract new customers.

- Lead end‑to‑end event planning for webinars, trade shows, roadshows, executive roundtables, and third‑party events.

- Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as MQLs, pipeline quality, and revenue impact. Use insights to optimise budgets, improve ROI, and shape future campaigns.

- Partner with international teams across Demand Generation, Content & Community, Product, and Marketing Operations.

- Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets, partners, journalists, and industry associations to enhance brand engagement.

The Successful Applicant

- Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience in ANZ, ideally within payments, SaaS, or enterprise software.

- Demonstrated success in driving commercial outcomes through digital, social, event‑based, and PR‑led demand generation.

- Analytical and ROI‑focused, with a strong interest in financial services or payments.

- Background in content marketing is a plus.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.

- Resilient, curious, and collaborative - able to perform under pressure in a matrixed, global organisation.
