Upcoming Induction.

Your first week will be a 5-day face-to-face induction at our head office in Islington to welcome you to the business and also provide TCI training. If successful, you will be required to attend this induction from Monday 8th December to Friday 12th December.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities

- Building positive relationships based on trust and respect

- Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments

- Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs

- Working collaboratively on individualised care plans

What You’ll Bring

- Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification

- Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate

- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check

- Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset

- Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
