About the Opportunity

Randstad is proud to partner with a leader in residential waste management. We are seeking experienced HR Drivers for immediate starts based out of their Eastern Creek, Greenacre, Mascot & Campbelltown depots. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR driver seeking a stable, long‑term role with an industry‑leading company, offering the potential for a permanent position.

The Role

As an HR Waste Truck Driver, you will be responsible for:

- Operating SideArm and Rear Loader waste trucks for residential kerbside collections.

- Following scheduled routes and completing timely, safe collections.

- Supporting runners/offsiders as needed.

- Maintaining high safety standards, including correct PPE and hazard reporting.

- Communicating effectively with depot and operations teams.

What We Offer

- A competitive pay rate from $47+ per hour (based on contract), plus superannuation and penalties.

- Stable, consistent Monday to Friday shifts with early start times between 4:00 AM and 5:30 AM.

- A minimum of 7.6 paid hours per shift.

Your Requirements

- A valid HR Truck Licence.

- 6–12 months of HR driving experience (waste industry experience is highly regarded).

- Reliable transport to and from the depot.

- Physically fit and able to complete manual tasks, including lifting up to 30 kg.

- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

- The ability to pass a mandatory drug & alcohol test and a police check.

- An RMS driving history report is required.

Note: For the first two weeks, drivers will be paid as offsiders while completing compliance and site‑specific training.
