
Youth Mentoring Coordinator

We are seeking a Youth Mentoring Coordinator to oversee the Young Achievers Program, ensuring smooth delivery of workshops, mentoring and key events.
The role starts as 2 days per week in November and December, increasing to 3 days per week (22.8 hours) in February, March and April.
About you
You’re passionate about youth mentoring and development, with the ability to engage and inspire young people, mentors and families. You bring strong organisational skills, sound judgement and a commitment to quality and child safety.
You value the importance of mentoring in the Jewish community and are flexible to support occasional evenings, Sundays and camp participation.
Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in youth services or other relevant discipline
- Strong coordination and administrative skills, including event management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills
- Experience coordinating and delivering youth development initiatives
- Proven ability facilitating workshops and activities utilising established connections across the Jewish Community
- Knowledge of mentoring and coaching frameworks, evaluation processes and safeguarding principles
