- Diploma of Counselling or Bachelor of Social Work Course
- Demonstrated previous experience in the delivery of social work services
- Working knowledge of services available for the aged and their carers
- Experience in working with people with dementia and their carers
- Demonstrated knowledge of Guardianship Tribunal procedures
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in assessment of aged people and their carers
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- NDIS Check
- Current Drivers Licence

You will also have demonstrated skills and experience in:

- Relating & networking
- Persuading & influencing
- Presenting & communicating
- Creating and Innovating (problem solving/critical thinking)
- Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative in problem solving and ability to think critically
