Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Restaurant Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, just 20 minutes from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional with experience in a 5-star restaurant or resort environment to lead our Food & Beverage Team. This role involves managing people operations across our food & beverage outlets, including management, recruitment, learning and development, performance, employee experience, culture development, and internal communications.

Key Duties

- Ensure efficient and consistent service standards across all hotel food and beverage outlets.

- Work closely with senior management to ensure smooth operations of the food & beverage outlets.

- Collaborate with other department managers to optimize resources and uphold standard operating procedures.

- Support the strategic goals of Ayers Rock Resort by developing and retaining staff.

- Oversee budgeting and daily cost control to minimize costs and maximize profits.

- Maintain outlet presentation, customer service quality, operating equipment, and stock levels.
