An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team

Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Chef de Partie to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, just 20 minutes from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic landmarks.

We seek a passionate individual with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent), driven and eager to learn and succeed in a culinary/hospitality career. Post-apprenticeship experience working in kitchens within large restaurants, events, hotels, or resorts is preferred. Experience with a la carte and buffet service is highly regarded; HACCP training is advantageous.

Key Duties
  • Perform all kitchen and service duties, including cleaning, food prep, cooking, and guest service.
  • Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning, inventory management, scheduling, and ordering supplies.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Support senior chefs during administrative tasks such as end-of-month procedures, stock takes, and inventories.
