Amazing Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for professional chefs to join the kitchen team and enjoy the fast-paced environment this exciting venue has to offer. We are looking for chefs who have experience working a la carte, functions and events, delivering good quality and modern innovative food. This opportunity is on a casual basis.
You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
- Ability to produce quality food, use fresh produce and be creative
- Must have qualifications or equivalent trade experience
- HACCP and sound Food Safety knowledge
- Prepared to work across multi outlets including cafe service and functions/events
- Strong knowledge of fresh local produce and products
- Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
- Ability to work 5 days across a 7 day operation
- Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
