What are we looking for?

Come and join our incredibly well-established Sunshine Office and form part of the Work and Road team. Ideally, we are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Lawyer with up to 3 years post admission experience.

In addition to taking on a wide range of challenging legal matters, you can manage and strengthen existing community relationships along with initiating and building new networks.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Management of a file load
- Provide clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice
- Identifying practical and innovative solutions for clients
- Building rapport with our clients in an empathetic and understanding way

What will you bring?

Our successful candidate will be a committed and enthusiastic individual who possesses the following:

- Post Admission Experience
- Previous experience and a passion for Personal Injury law
- Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionately;
- Experience in running multiple files end to end
- Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
- Ability to exercise judgement andresolve problems quickly
- Be a team player with a friendly and compassionate demeanour
