My client is a mid-tier Head Contractor that has been established for the last 20 years, specializing in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Your new role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with expertise in structures or finishes to oversee the construction of a 26-story tower on a $200M Class 2 development. The role involves responsibility for all structural elements, including excavation, piling, concrete work, and formwork.
Reporting to the Site Manager and working closely with the Project Director, you will oversee all structural trades, ensuring work is completed to high standards, within the scheduled time frames, and within the client's budget.
Your duties will include adhering to a strict construction program, maintaining accurate site diaries and forecasts, coordinating structural trades, and ensuring compliance with safety practices.
To be successful:
- Ideally trade qualified as a Carpenter
- Proven track record in delivering projects over $100M, preferably Class 2 residential
- Diverse construction experience is highly desirable
- Strong reporting and system management skills
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Comprehensive understanding of the full construction cycle
- Good knowledge of BCA and ITP requirements
- Strong leadership abilities
