This role
You will be responsible for leading and driving the Sales department, including Course & Careers Advisors and Business Development Managers. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires you to be process-driven, think strategically and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, support and coach the Sales team
- Execute sales strategy to drive business growth
- Streamline sales processes
- Monitor and ensure performance metrics are being met and reported to executive leadership in a timely manner
- Stay updated on market trends, changes and opportunities
What we're looking for
- Proven success in leading a high performing sales-team
- Similar role within an RTO setting
- Hands on leadership style with the ability to inspire high performance
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience implementing or improving sales processes and reporting
- Strong commercial acumen
