The Role
BowerBird is looking for a Sales Development Representative to reach out to potential clients across the globe. This is a targeted role aimed at securing meetings for our Sales Team. You need experience in outbound phone sales (or related) or as an SDR, and you'll need to be great on the phone, text, and email.
You'll be given detailed lists and will need to phone, email, and connect with potential leads. We'll teach you the skills needed to succeed, but you'll need to be tenacious and driven by targets. Your colleagues depend on you to book meetings, making you a crucial part of the BowerBird team.

This approach means you can finish each day feeling accomplished, without endless project timelines or extensive reporting.
Key Requirements

- You must have advanced written and spoken English (C2 level or native speaker equivalent).
- You'll have experience in phone sales or as an SDR.
- You'll be prepared to work as an independent contractor, meeting your local authorities' requirements.

Key Tasks

- Make phone calls across the globe.
- Research contact details and other relevant info.
- Connect with potential clients on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Book meetings using booking software.
- Communicate daily with the team through Slack.

Remuneration
AUD 1,500–2,000/month, depending on experience.
Note: This role is fully remote, but we are currently only considering candidates from LATAM.
