We are now seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and work on solar accounts, representing cutting-edge energy solutions in a booming industry.
The RoleWhat we're looking for
• Engage with warm and cold leads to present tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships in a competitive B2C/B2B environment.
• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
• Work within a fast-paced, high-performance team culture.
• Contribute to sales strategy, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Proven sales experience (solar/energy sector experience highly desirable).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated to exceed targets.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
- A hunger for success.
- Base salary of $65,000 + super.
- OTE $130,000+ with uncapped commissions.
- Training, mentorship, and exposure to one of Australia's most competitive sales environments.
