You will be joining an established fund manager as a Compliance Analyst within a dynamic and growing team with a strong focus on development and progression.

About the Company

A leading global financial services with a strong focus on development, support and flexibility.

About the role:

Responsibilities include:

· Conducting compliance reviews and escalating issues per the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP).

· Monitoring transactions and reporting suspicious activities under AML/CTF obligations.

· Providing regulatory advice, approving financial promotions, and delivering compliance training.

· Reviewing complaints and maintaining awareness of data protection requirements.

· Building relationships across the business to strengthen compliance culture and identify/control risks.

About the you:

You have:

· 5+ years of compliance experience in retail financial services (minimum 3 years in a direct compliance role)

· In-depth knowledge of ASIC regulatory rules and Corporations Law

· Strong communicator with sharp analytical skills and attention to detail

· RG146 qualification

· Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
