We're hiring a Compliance Analyst at Equifax ANZ. Reporting to the Legal, Risk, and Compliance leadership team, you will be part of a high-performing team committed to fostering a best-in-class risk and compliance culture. Your role will support control testing and monitoring for the ANZ region, ensuring independence while supporting organizational success.

Collaborating with Legal, Operations, and product teams, you will deliver practical, compliant solutions aligned with legal and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assist business units to ensure operational activities comply with relevant legislation.
  • Review policies and procedures related to legislative obligations, especially complaint handling and investigations.
  • Maintain knowledge of compliance legislation relevant to ANZ operations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for regulatory and compliance investigations.
  • Review marketing materials and collateral.
  • Support complaint management in non-credit bureau divisions.
  • Maintain registers such as Trademarks and Obligations.
  • Participate in bi-annual risk workshops.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 4-7 years of experience in compliance, risk, or monitoring roles within an enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting business units to ensure legislative compliance.
  • Experience reviewing policies related to legislative requirements, especially complaint handling and investigations.
  • Strong understanding of compliance-related legislation.
  • Experience maintaining registers (e.g., Trademarks, Obligations).
  • Experience participating in risk workshops.
  • Preferred: Experience acting as a point of contact for regulatory investigations, reviewing marketing collateral, and managing complaints.
