Senior Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure Perth Metro

$180,000–$200,000 + Super Permanent Role Perth-Based Projects

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle delivery of civil infrastructure projects across Perth metro

- Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and risk strategies

- Lead site teams and subcontractors to meet performance targets

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

- Liaise with clients, utilities, and stakeholders to align project goals

- Drive innovation in work methodologies and site execution

- Report on progress, performance, and compliance outcomes

What We’re Looking For

- 10+ years’ experience in civil project delivery (utilities, earthworks, urban infrastructure)

- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and compliance frameworks

- Experience working with utility providers and local authorities

- WA Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
