Overview

A great opportunity to join a leading global brand in the asset management space. We are looking to hire a new Senior Financial Accountant to join their real estate team.

The role has been newly created off the back of three newly created real estate funds and will see you joining a collaborative and flat team structure.

Responsibilities

- Month end accounting and reporting
- Accounts Payable and Receivable processing
- Preparation of annual statutory reports
- Assist with financial audits
- Reconciliation and review of property management accounts
- Assist team with investment administrations across allocated funds

About you

- You will hold or be working towards your CA/CPA qualification
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive approach to work and a great team player
- Exposure to the funds management, financial services or property industry will be highly beneficial
