What You’ll Do

- Greet, farewell, and assist guests with luggage and special requests
- Provide personalised service and local knowledge to enhance the guest experience
- Support arrivals, departures, events, and groups with efficiency and care
- Deliver messages, mail, and amenities promptly and accurately
- Maintain a high level of property presentation, security, and safety awareness
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Uphold Pro-invest Hotels’ service standards while bringing creativity and passion to every interaction

About You

- Warm, approachable, and passionate about hospitality
- Energetic with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Organised with an eye for detail and a good memory for names and faces
- A positive attitude with a sense of humour – you wear your smile with pride
- Knowledge of Melbourne’s best dining, attractions, and events (or willingness to learn)
