About the role
SKG is expanding services in the Peel Region with the exciting addition of a new Digital PETCT service at our Mandurah branch in early 2026. In addition to our 3 hospital sites, St John of God Subiaco, Hollywood Hospital in Nedlands and our joint venture with GenesisCare on the St John of God Murdoch campus, our Mandurah service will bring our first PET-CT service to the Peel region.
As a Senior Nuclear Medicine Technologist you will perform PET-CT examinations producing the highest quality images from procedures, whilst ensuring the best possible service is given to patients at all times. You will lead our Mandurah based service and have the opportunity to rotate through our hospital based sites for further exposure to Nuclear Medicine services as well.
The position is Full Time worked as 80 hours per fortnight, with the opportunity to participate in a monthly RDO after successful completion of probation. In addition you may be required to participate in public holiday, shift and weekend rosters.
Role requirements
- AHPRA Registration & current WA Radiation licence or eligibility for interstate/overseas candidates
- The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and independently
- Outstanding communication and time management skills
- A caring, compassionate nature
- Commitment to your own professional development
- Display a Patients First attitude at all times and a passion for delivering premium customer service
- Previous experience in Radiopharmaceutical Therapy/Theranostics will be highly regarded but not essential
Please note that the successful candidate is required to provide evidence of vaccination/immunity/screening to a list of vaccine-preventable diseases prior to commencement of employment.
