Overview

Victoria’s second largest builder, AHB Group, is entering an exciting new chapter and we’re looking for an energetic and talented marketer to help shape our next stage of growth.

This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional with a solid background in the construction or property industry to take charge of campaigns, brand initiatives, and retail presence for our most prominent brands.

You will work alongside a high-performing marketing team with direct accountability to senior leadership to deliver marketing that has an impact. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment with multiple marketing projects running simultaneously.

About this role

As Brand Manager, you will play a key role in delivering integrated brand and marketing strategies. With a strong focus on business results, your remit will span campaign development, communications, media, content, events, and stakeholder engagement.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with the flexibility to work from either our Derrimut or Port Melbourne office.

The Work You’ll Be Doing:

- Develop and execute local area marketing campaigns
- Assist in shaping and implementing brand strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Manage media bookings & creative production for media and print materials
- Oversee marketing requirements for new display home launches
- Management of events, launches and conferences, and award submissions
- Manage external consultants and agencies to meet marketing objectives
- Deliver internal and external communications aligned with brand tone and business goals
- Craft clear, engaging written content including blogs, marketing copy, and business communications
- Planning, reporting, analysis, and budget management

Qualifications & experience

- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years in the construction, property or aligned industry
- Proven experience leading the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and projects
- Superior attention to detail and proof-reading skills
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Advanced computer skills including excel, word, and outlook
