Accounts Receivable & Site Support Officer

D.R. Johnston (DRJ), a division of JBS Australia, is Australia’s leading domestic wholesale and trading Company providing an extensive range of fresh and frozen carton meats to the Australian market.

An exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable & Site Support Officer exists at our Longford site.

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a retail or finance environment.

- Strong understanding of banking processes, cash handling and daily reconciliations.

- Exposure to credit control or accounts receivable functions are highly desirable.

- Support and assist Senior Credit Controller with day-to-day responsibilities.

- Reconciliation of debtor’s accounts to ensure weekly statements sent are correct.

- Process all customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.

- Excellent communication skills to follow up slow paying customers

- Strong eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Ability to start at 6:00 a.m. Monday to Friday.

About the role:

- Credit & Banking Administration

- Working closely with the national credit team.

- Banking allocations and reconciliations.

- Customer credit management

- Site Support – Retail Operations.

- Daily sales invoice processing

- Banking and Cash handling.

- Supporting the retail shop’s administrative needs.
