The Role:

- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.

- Manage printing and filing tasks to support office operations.

- Coordinate basic event details and logistics.

- Perform general office duties to maintain a smooth workflow.

- Collaborate with other departments to handle inquiries and provide solutions.

The Person:

- Strong organisational and time-management skills to coordinate venues, vendors, schedules, and deadlines with attention to detail.

- Clear communication and interpersonal abilities for liaising with clients, vendors, and attendees; proficient in written and spoken communication.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced in data management.

- Calm under pressure with quick, sound decision-making and proactive crisis management.

- Customer-service mindset, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders professionally.
