About you
1. You are an experienced paid media specialist, handling various client accounts.
2. You are focused on delivering results and have a strong focus and understanding of the commercial and strategic aspects of paid media and market knowledge.
3. Deliver projects on key (based on scale or strategic importance to IMWT) accounts.

Functional Objectives
1. Manage client accounts and meet their expectations, enabling potential growth of the account (through an increased range of services provided or an increase in the scope of established services).
2. Ensure client satisfaction
3. Manage client budgets (retainers and projects)
Responsibilities
1. Campaign delivery across paid media platforms i.e. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn etc.
2. Manage media budgets
3. Write best practice ad copy
4. Review search queries
5. Ongoing campaign optimisation
6. Campaign builds and expansion
7. Provide market insights & best practices
8. Client work-in-progress meetings with Pod Leader
How will I be measured?
- Individual Client Utilisation - 80%
- Expansion Opportunities - 2 per client per year
- Engaged in OKRs - yes
- Meeting/ Exceeding Client KPIs - 80%
KPIs will be tracked as part of the company OKR system and are performance indicators. Quarterly review and update of OKRs and KPIs will enable the employee and management to regularly review performance and ensure an open and ongoing dialogue about performance.

Who you'll be working with
- Paid Media senior specialist & the Head of Paid Media
- Client's internal marketing team
- The Client Services team
- The Corporate Services team for daily operations and recruitment needs
- The Business Development team for sales pitching
What knowledge and skills are required to be successful
This is a critical hands-on position with plenty of scope for development driving forward our efforts in this space and the ideal candidate has the demonstrated ability to ensure successful service delivery and build customer success.
Skills and Experience
- In-depth PPC/ Media knowledge & significant experience running ad campaigns
- Good knowledge of different engines and platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook & Instagram, Linkedin
- Familiarity with marketing to the B2B audience
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven experience/ ability to present information effectively to a range of audiences
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lead multiple projects at the same time
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate
- Ruthless focus on meeting time vs. budget objectives

- Must be able to work unsupervised, be flexible
- High level of attention to detail, quality, and effective verbal and written communication skills along with excellent follow-through
