What you'll be doing

- Delivering mechanical and HVAC designs across major projects.
- Leading from the front with technical guidance and mentoring.
- Ensuring compliance, buildability, and design excellence.
- Collaborating with clients, project managers, and delivery teams to drive outcomes.

What we're looking for

- 8+ years' experience in mechanical and HVAC design engineering.
- Exposure to large-scale projects in commercial, healthcare, or defence.
- A natural leader with the ability to mentor and inspire.
- Australian Citizenship or PR only (mandatory).
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering; CPEng highly regarded.
