We're on the hunt for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to help lead our vibrant quick-service team at Brisbane Airport.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading and motivating your team during shifts to deliver exceptional service
- Ensuring our fresh, high-quality sushi and food offerings meet brand and safety standards
- Overseeing stock levels, inventory management, and daily cash handling
- Driving compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
- Supporting the management team in building a positive and high-performing team culture

Desired Skills and Experience

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to supervise staff and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong cash, stock and labour control skills
- ASIC security pass (apply at time of contract appointment)
- Access to your own reliable transport
