The Role
As a therapist at Connect2Care, you will join a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through various delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals may come through NDIS, Medicare, or privately. This is a mobile role with options to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and providing interventions for children & adults with disabilities
- Working within the NDIS to enhance clients' function, capacity, and social engagement
- Assisting with assistive technology assessments, recommendations, and applications
- Timely documentation and report writing
- Managing a varied caseload
- Meeting professional expectations such as billables and client management
- Building relationships with stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
- Utilizing leading software platforms and online tools
The NewGrad Program
Connect2Care offers a tailored NewGraduate Program to ease the transition for new graduates, supporting skill acquisition for a successful career. The program spans 12 months, starting from your first day.

Requirements
To apply, you should have or be able to obtain:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Discipline-specific registration (e.g., AHPRA/SPA)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police and International Police Checks (if applicable)
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Car insurance
- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
