Fantastic opportunity for someone with 2+ years experience as Corporate Admin/Team Assistant or Office Manager, looking to step into a true EA role
About the Role
We/'re seeking a proactive and adaptable Executive Assistant to support 2-3 Partners within a dynamic professional services environment. You/'ll be joining a collaborative team of 5, where the previous EA has progressed into a Marketing Manager role highlighting the potential for career development.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to 2-3 Partners
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external events
- Assist with stakeholder communications and relationship management
- Support with general office administration and team coordination
- Help manage competing priorities and deadlines with professionalism and calm
About You
- 2+ years/' experience in a Team Assistant or EA-style role, ideally within professional services
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and data entry
- Full working rights as this is a permanent position
