Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN) position based at Southern Fleurieu Health Service, Victor Harbor. Salary: RN/RM1 $74,831 - $102,103 p.a (pro rata) + superannuation + leave loading + salary sacrifice benefits; RN/RM2C $87,416 - $110,497 p.a (pro rata) + superannuation + leave loading + salary sacrifice benefits. Multiple ongoing full time/part time positions available.

Responsibilities

- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care and coordinate patient care plans.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient outcomes.

- Lead and support junior staff, students, and colleagues in daily clinical practice.

- Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Registration with AHPRA to practice as a Registered Nurse within BHFLHN.

- Experience as a Registered Nurse or readiness to step into a Clinical Nurse role is welcomed.

Work Environment

Southern Fleurieu Health Service (SFHS) in Victor Harbor provides general medical and surgical care, maternity, renal dialysis, chemotherapy, radiology, pathology, and a 24/7 emergency department, plus specialist services including cardiology, gynaecology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, urology, and palliative care. SFHS offers modern facilities and a supportive, patient-centred environment.
