They are looking for an Area Manager to lead their Newcastle division. The ideal candidate will have extensive trade, leadership and insurance repair experience or be in a similar position.

What will you be doing?

- Lead and manage the region to deliver on company objectives, culture, and strategy
- Maintain oversight of projects and ensure timely completion of works maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer service
- Manage stakeholders effectively ensuring timely communication
- Ensure KPI's are met and aligned with customer expectations
- Ensure accuracy across all data management systems, information handling and processes
- Work with all regions to support the collective outcome for the National Business

What do you need?

- Extensive trade, leadership and insurance repair experience or be in a similar position
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid leadership credentials with a proven track record of leading teams
- Sound understanding and knowledge of the Insurance repair and construction industry
- A focus on safety and compliance with an eye for continuous improvement
