We are seeking a leader who has the enthusiasm and tenacity to build on our success while driving a focus on innovation and continuous improvement to deliver excellence in our Corporate Services and Strategy team. You will lead, engage and inspire teams in the areas of Customer Experience, Finance and Procurement, Digital Information Services, Governance and Risk, and Property Strategy and Leasing, and will also deliver on Council’s IP&R requirements and Business Improvement initiatives to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will work collaboratively as a member of the Executive Team to design, transform and deliver a customer focused service delivery model for the benefit of both internal and external stakeholders. Your well‑developed and demonstrated interpersonal skills, contemporary leadership style and political astuteness will enable you to create a positive influence across all levels of Council.
A strategic mindset and proven ability to translate strategy and policy into delivery outcomes within the Local Government context will be highly regarded.
