As a Senior Business Banking Specialist in our Business Centres, you will be part of a phone-based team responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries. This senior role is suitable for applicants with past lending experience in roles such as, but not limited to, a Commercial Account Manager or Home Ownership Manager. Key responsibilities include preparing lending applications, conducting needs analyses, and identifying ways to support and grow NZ's Small Business customers.
Your role will focus on providing simple banking solutions across a range of products and proactively seeking ways to improve our customers' banking relationships.
This is a permanent position based at ASB's Auckland, North Harbour office.
We are seeking an experienced banker who is a team player, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. A minimum of 2 years of lending experience is required.
Success in this role depends on your ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should naturally build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and be driven and dedicated to achieving great customer outcomes.
