What You’ll Do

- Design, implement, and maintain Funlab’s cloud infrastructure, ensuring it’s secure, scalable, and reliable
- Monitor and optimise system performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions that keep operations humming
- Lead and support multiple cloud projects from planning through delivery, aligning outcomes with business goals
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders — translating complex tech into clear, actionable plans
- Drive automation, performance monitoring, and security best practices across our platforms
- Contribute to business resilience through disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability solutions
- Mentor and upskill the service desk team, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

What You’ve Got

- 3+ years’ experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure management (Azure or similar environment preferred)
- Proven hands-on experience managing PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS environments
- Strong background in Windows/Linux server administration, networking, and virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V, or containerisation such as Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Solid grasp of cybersecurity principles, monitoring tools, and performance optimisation
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders clearly
- Organised multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, fun-filled environment with a “get-it-done” mindset
- A collaborative, curious attitude and a genuine passion for keeping systems (and people) performing at their best
