Ihr Aufgabenbereich lautet:

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen engagierten Cluster Reservation Agent (a). Bei einem Wohnort ausserhalb von Interlaken und Umgebung besteht bei einer 100-prozentigen Anstellung nach der Probezeit die Möglichkeit, zwei bis drei Tage pro Woche im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.

- Annahme, Bearbeitung und aktiver Verkauf von Zimmerreservierungen anhand der Leading Hotels of the World-Standards für folgende Hotels: Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa Interlaken, La Réserve Eden au Lac Zürich, Bellevue Palace Bern
- Preispolitik, Arrangements und Aktionen kennen und kompetentes Verkaufen am Telefon und via E-Mail
- Telefonische Beratung unserer Gäste
- Pflege der Systeme inkl. Online-Plattformen, Partner Extranets und Accounts in Protel
- Erstellung von individuellen Übernachtungsangebote
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre EFZ im kaufmännischen Bereich oder in der Hotellerie
- Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in der Luxushotellerie
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und «Protel»
- Pflichtbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität
- Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten
- Ausgeprägte Gastgebereigenschaften
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
