The Role

Respond promptly to client queries, providing tailored flight options that best suit their routes and preferences, while ensuring compliance with travel policies.

- Deliver exceptional customer service

- Work cohesively within a lively & dynamic team

- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and personalised service

- Promote the company's brand through participation in networking events and online presence, attracting new clients and fostering loyalty among existing customers

Skills Required

- Corporate travel experience ESSENTIAL

- Recent Amadeus & Tramada experience ESSENTIAL

- Self-ticketing experience

- Excellent attention to detail

- Outstanding customer service skills

- Collaborate with team members

- Flexible to travel

- Full Australian working rights
