About the Role

Position: Full-Time Corporate Travel Consultant (Work from Home)

We are seeking a full-time Corporate Travel Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of an existing portfolio of clients. This is a work-from-home role, ideal for someone who thrives in a professional yet flexible environment.

The role involves managing domestic and international travel needs for corporate clients, including flights, hotels, cars, and other travel services. You will be the first point of contact for your clients and a trusted advisor who can help them refine and manage their travel programs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service at all times.
  3. Work closely with suppliers and partners to deliver the best outcomes.
  4. Ensure all bookings comply with travel policies and procedures.
  5. Proactively support clients with advice, options, and solutions.

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in corporate travel management.
  2. Strong GDS skills (Sabre and Travelport experience highly regarded).
  3. Self-ticketing and re-issue experience is advantageous.
  4. Tramada mid-office experience is essential.
  5. Experience with OBTs (Online Booking Tools) is an advantage.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  7. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  8. Ability to work independently, while contributing to a team culture.
  9. Solid knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
  10. A reliable home office setup.
