The Role

Respond promptly to client queries, providing tailored flight options that best suit their routes and preferences, while ensuring compliance with travel policies.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work cohesively within a lively & dynamic team
  • Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and personalised service
  • Promote the company's brand through participation in networking events and online presence, attracting new clients and fostering loyalty among existing customers
Skills Required
  • Corporate travel experience ESSENTIAL
  • Recent Amadeus & Tramada experience ESSENTIAL
  • Self-ticketing experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Flexible to travel
  • Full Australian working rights
