As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Responsibilities

- Work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for children.
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment where every child thrives and feels valued.
- Support a play-based learning approach that helps children build connections with country and culture.
- Engage with families to strengthen partnerships and enrich the learning experience through centre visits and community events.

You'll need

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
