This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing critical applications that power our transport management, pickup and delivery orchestration, and customer-facing platforms.If you're passionate about building resilient, secure, and high-performing systems that support complex logistics operations, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of TGE’s Courier Applications portfolio.* Drive system stability, performance, and security across all Courier platforms.* Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, customer-centric solutions.* Oversee enhancement releases and project delivery in partnership with vendor teams.* Ensure compliance with cyber security policies and proactively mitigate risks.* Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users.**What You’ll Bring*** 5+ years of experience in customer and digital solution development.* Experience with React Framework, Frontend and backend communicating via API calls* API calls and backend code, integration in Python 3.12* MySQL 8.4+, Linux 9.5 and Ansible playbooks* Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.* Background in software development, data analysis, and QA testing.* Understanding of transport management systems and cyber security best practices - nice to have**About Team Global Express**Team Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
