TEN Recruitment is working with a respected commercial contractor to appoint a Contract Administrator for a $35M project based North of the River. This is a full-time, site-based role that offers structure, strong project backing, and the opportunity to be part of a well-resourced team delivering a high-value project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage head and subcontractor agreements from award through close-out
- Prepare and process variations, progress claims, and contract reports
- Support procurement, budget tracking, and compliance documentation
- Work closely with the Project Manager, site team, and consultants
- Ensure all commercial processes align with project timelines and company standards

What You'll Bring:

- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial projects
- Strong understanding of cost control, construction contracts, and procurement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-focused mindset
- Jobpac and Procore software experience preferred
- Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights are preferable
