At Kogan, we’re always looking for ways to make shopping smarter, faster, and more engaging for our customers. We’re seeking an AI Engineer to join our engineering team and lead the development of AI-powered solutions that directly enhance the customer experience. This includes building intelligent chatbots, enhancing product listings, and creating other AI-driven tools that delight our users.
You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to turn ideas into solutions that have real impact. If you’re passionate about AI, love working in Python and React, and want to help shape the future of e-commerce at scale, this role is for you.

What you'll do:
- Design, build, and deploy AI solutions for customer-facing applications.
- Develop chatbots, recommendation engines, and other tools to improve product listings and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify opportunities for AI to drive customer value.
- Maintain high-quality code and best practices in Python and React.
- Experiment, iterate, and continuously improve AI models and features based on customer feedback and data.
What you'll need:
- Hands-on experience building AI applications (chatbots, NLP solutions, recommendation systems, etc.).
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with front-end technologies like React for integrating AI solutions into customer-facing products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve complex problems creatively.
- Passion for delivering solutions that make a real impact on customers.
