Responsibilities

- Let your exceptional customer service skills shine. Ensuring each customer leaves satisfied with their experience. The journey is everything
- Lead and motivate your team, igniting their passion to reach for the stars to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Train and develop your team to be retail rockstars, always looking to enhance their skills and performance.
- Master the inventory realm, ensuring stock levels are always maintained and our customers have everything they need.
- Craft a shopping experience that is visually stunning and above all safe.
- Join forces with fellow leaders and departments always collaborating to achieve overall store success.
