With University and TAFE campuses in Ballarat, Berwick, Gippsland, and the Wimmera we are positioned to provide pathways from vocational education and skills training through to higher education.**About the role**You will provide professional customer service and administrative support in our food and retail services and support commercial operations at our Berwick Campus.You will:* provide retail and food service in our café and store operations;* assist with merchandising in store;* ensure all Point of Sale procedures are performed in accordance with policies and procedures; and* assist with a broad range of administration duties.**About you**You will have a commitment to quality customer service with attention to detail and the ability to work with students and other client groups.You will possess:* prior experience in a hospitality or retail setting would be highly desirable;* the ability to use standard office software packages;* interpersonal and communication skills; and* ability to work independently as well as part of a teamAll University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
