The Client

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, values-led financial services organisation that’s reshaping how Australians engage with wealth protection and financial wellbeing. With a strong reputation for innovation and integrity, they’re now looking to appoint a Digital Marketing and CX lead to head a critical function within their marketing team.

The role

This newly created leadership role will oversee digital acquisition and customer experience strategy across multiple channels. You’ll be responsible for driving performance through paid media, SEO, website optimisation, and customer journey enhancements. The role also includes managing a small, high‑performing team and working closely with external agencies to deliver measurable growth outcomes. It’s a hands‑on, strategic position that blends digital expertise with leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.

To be successful

- Proven experience in digital marketing, including paid search, SEO, and social media strategy.
- A strong understanding of customer experience and conversion optimisation across digital platforms.
- Experience working in regulated environments, ideally within financial services.
- Confidence managing agencies and internal stakeholders, with a track record of delivering results.
- Leadership capability, with experience managing direct reports and fostering team culture.
- Familiarity with marketing tech platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, and analytics tools.
