In this role, you will utilise your commercial acumen to uncover business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and grow your client portfolio. One day you/'re hosting a C-level site tour, the next you/'re crafting a strategic proposal for a nationwide learning program. This opportunity is ideal for a B2B sales professional who excels at building relationships, delivering value, and closing complex deals in a people-focused environment.

What You Will Be Working On
- Managing and growing a portfolio of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 corporate and government clients.
- Developing strategic account plans to drive client retention and revenue growth.
- Identifying and closing high-value business opportunities through face-to-face and virtual meetings.
- Representing Cliftons at industry events, meetings, and conferences to expand our reach.
What Type of Person Will Be Successful?
We’re looking for a sales-driven relationship builder who thrives on finding and closing opportunities. If you have:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in events, functions, or conference sales - but we/'re open to industry experience),
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets,
- Experience engaging with key decision-makers (up to C-level executives),
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills,
- A commercial mindset and hunger to grow business spend,
