Overview

This role is regional and requires travel to the venue and staying there while on contract. Our client is looking for a Housekeeper to start ASAP for a 2-3 week contract. Working in this role will allow you to grow your experience in this role and with diverse workplaces.

Responsibilities

- Complete cleaning tasks as required.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas within the time frame allotted.
- Vacuuming, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning balconies.
- Replenish guest supplies.
- Uphold the highest standard of cleanliness in corridors and service areas.
- Maintain equipment in a proper and clean condition.

Skill Requirements

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning for hospitals, hotels, resorts, apartments or residential businesses.
- Ability to perform in a physical role including pushing, pulling and lifting up to 15 kg.
- Understanding of proper use of cleaning chemicals and disinfectants to ensure safety.
- Ability to use different cleaning equipment like vacuums and mops.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure every corner of a room is spotless.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and have excellent communication skills.
