Urgentrequirement of Senior Test Lead-Contract - Melbourne

Requirements

- Must lead end-to-end SAP testing efforts across modules includingManufacturing, Finance, Sales, Quality Management, and Logistics

- Should collaborate with functional and technical teams to define teststrategy, scope, and objectives aligned with business goals

- Design and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAPimplementations and enhancements

- Ensure test coverage across integration points between SAP modules andexternal systems

- Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution trackingusing tools like JIRA or HP ALM

- Coordinate UAT User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders andensure sign-off

- Manage test environments, data setup, and refresh cycles incollaboration with BASIS and functional teams

- Provide leadership and mentoring to test analysts and offshore teams

- Ensure compliance with retail industry standards and best practices inSAP testing

- Work closely with SAP functional consultants to validate businessprocess flows and configurations

- Monitor and report testing progress, risks, and issues to projectleadership

- Support cutover and post-go-live testing activities to ensure systemstability

- Participate in change management and impact analysis for SAP releases

- Ensure automation opportunities are identified and leveraged whereapplicable

- Maintain documentation and knowledge base for testing processes andlessons learned

- Very Good Communication Skills
