Urgent requirement of Senior Test Lead - Contract - Melbourne

Requirements
  • Must lead end-to-end SAP testing efforts across modules including Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Quality Management, and Logistics
  • Should collaborate with functional and technical teams to define test strategy, scope, and objectives aligned with business goals
  • Design and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP implementations and enhancements
  • Ensure test coverage across integration points between SAP modules and external systems
  • Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking using tools like JIRA or HP ALM
  • Coordinate UAT User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders and ensure sign-off
  • Manage test environments, data setup, and refresh cycles in collaboration with BASIS and functional teams
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to test analysts and offshore teams
  • Ensure compliance with retail industry standards and best practices in SAP testing
  • Work closely with SAP functional consultants to validate business process flows and configurations
  • Monitor and report testing progress, risks, and issues to project leadership
  • Support cutover and post-go-live testing activities to ensure system stability
  • Participate in change management and impact analysis for SAP releases
  • Ensure automation opportunities are identified and leveraged where applicable
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base for testing processes and lessons learned
  • Very Good Communication Skills


Duration: 6 Months and possible extension
