Urgent requirement of Senior Test Lead – Contract – Melbourne

Requirements

- Must lead end-to-end SAP testing efforts across modules including Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Quality Management, and Logistics

- Should collaborate with functional and technical teams to define test strategy, scope, and objectives aligned with business goals

- Design and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP implementations and enhancements

- Ensure test coverage across integration points between SAP modules and external systems

- Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking using tools like JIRA or HP ALM

- Coordinate UAT User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders and ensure sign‑off

- Manage test environments, data setup, and refresh cycles in collaboration with BASIS and functional teams

- Provide leadership and mentoring to test analysts and offshore teams

- Ensure compliance with retail industry standards and best practices in SAP testing

- Work closely with SAP functional consultants to validate business process flows and configurations

- Monitor and report testing progress, risks, and issues to project leadership

- Support cutover and post‑go‑live testing activities to ensure system stability

- Participate in change management and impact analysis for SAP releases

- Ensure automation opportunities are identified and leveraged where applicable

- Maintain documentation and knowledge base for testing processes and lessons learned

- Very Good Communication Skills
