We offer integrated value-based logistics solutions that bring greater operating efficiency and savings to our customers’ supply chains.**Senior Supervisor – BOC | Kooragang Island, NSW****About the Role and Opportunity -**Join Toll Group and lead operational excellence in the Resource & Industrials division.We’re seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to oversee logistics operations at our Kooragang Island site, managing both bulk and packaged gases. This role is pivotal in ensuring safety, compliance, and performance across a dynamic environment.This position is key to ensuring products are delivered safely, cost-effectively, and on time. You’ll work closely with operations teams, carriers, and customers to maintain service levels and drive continuous improvement.**Key Responsibilities, but not limited to -*** Lead and coordinate daily logistics operations across multiple sites.* Drive safety compliance and monitor performance through structured routines.* Manage fleet maintenance programs and ensure audit readiness.* Oversee payroll accuracy, rosters, and workforce planning.* Engage with stakeholders and frontline leaders to deliver operational continuity.* Champion continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.**What We’re Looking For –*** Proven leadership experience in transport or logistics operations.* Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (CoR, NHVR) and safety standards.* Skilled in using enterprise systems (Green Mile, TRAC, TMS, Workday).* Ability to manage complex HR issues and foster a culture of accountability.* Forklift licence desirable.**Why Join Us –*** Be part of a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions.* Work in a role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.* Opportunities for professional development and career growth.At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
